Christian Brothers Automotive Pearland

I was very pleased with the service I received at Christian Brothers. They did a comprehensive check up on the car and came back with some very reasonable suggestions considering the mileage of the vehicle. They perform the work in a timely manner, dropped me off, then picked me up after the repair. They never tried to pressure me into doing more than I was comfortable with. I also feel I got a good value for my money.

Went in for oil change by appt. Was able to get in on a $24.95 promotion they put on social media. They also did a head to taillight review of my car. I got a green, yellow, and red list. This let me first know any unknown issues, and prioritized them. It also gave me 31 green flags, that also gave me a piece of mind. No pressure sell at any time. I have my report and can work thru it as I can and know what needs addressed. Excellent place, very customer friendly!

Avoid this place for its advertised oil change prices. The prices are misleading because they conveniently leave out the cost of the shop supplies and the oil disposal fee. Those charges should have already been included in the advertised oil change fee since those additional fees aren't optional and are part of the natural oil change service. Increase transparency.

They did a great job with the oil change special and with the multipoint inspection. I was informed about all the things that I needed to take care of and even given the option to work in tiers based on priority of repairs. The text communication was clear and the report link explained a whole lot with videos as to how and why the recommended repair or maintenance was important. I was even offered a ride home to leave the vehicle to start the work. I took care of the oil change and will schedule later. John Paul was great!

Christian Brothers were very polite and patient. I have a bad oil leak and coolant leak. They gave me their prices before trying to charge me for diagnostic and performed a visual test instead of the actual diagnostic to give me an idea of what may be the problem. Unfortunately they were not able to fix my problem through visual because my car had oil on everything. They gave me prices and showed me pics and explained everything detail by detail what could possibly be wrong without performing tge diagnostic test. This was enough information that I understood to know what to prepare for. THANK YOU Christian Brothers for your time and honesty
