I had an exceptional experience working with Wesley at Christian Brothers Automotive while servicing my Lexus ES350. From start to finish, Wesley’s communication was absolutely outstanding. First time going here and cant recommend. Took my truck here for a check engine light and oil change. Turns out they only fixed the check engine light and didn't change my oil after telling me they did and charging me for it. Had to check it myself to see the same red/black oil that was there. Had to make another appointment for them to fix it. Very unprofessional/untrustworthy for me to have to doublecheck the work they told me was done with barely an apology of any kind, cause what if I didn't check? Could have damaged my engine, and I doubt they would have taken responsibility.

I had an outstanding experience at Christian Brothers Automotive. From the moment I walked in, the team was kind, professional, and genuinely caring. They took the time to explain everything clearly, made me feel comfortable, and treated me with honesty and respect. It’s rare to find a shop that combines excellent automotive knowledge with such great customer service. You can really tell they care about their customers and their safety. I truly appreciate the kindness and attention they showed throughout the entire process. Highly recommend!

4 stars only because I didn’t get to actually use them (thanks to my warranty co.) but still wanted to leave a review. I’d recommend CB to anyone based off of their customer service and excellent communication alone. From the time my car was dropped off, they were in constant communication which I appreciate. Adam was super friendly and seemed knowledgeable on what he was speaking about. I will be coming here for future repairs! Just when I thought customer service was a thing of the past, CB proved me wrong! Thank you guys!

My car was leaking Coolant last Friday. I ordered Ford Coolant and replaced it. By Sunday, the Coolant had leaked all over the garage. I took my car to Christian Brothers on Monday evening for them to look at and start working on it on Tuesday morning. Got the call on Tuesday morning telling me that my Water Pump was shot. Damn, this was the last thing I wanted to hear. CBs' fixed me up and I picked up my car on Thursday right before lunch. Manuel was really good about keeping it straight with me, letting me know what needed to be done, and how long my car would be out of commission. I was given a courtesy shuttle on Tuesday evening to go back home when I dropped my car off and offered water/soda as soon as I walked into the door. Getting a Water Pump replaced isn't a slouch job. It's also not a cheap job. You want this to be done right. Driving off the campus I felt secure and that's how you want to feel after a major repair. Thank you.
