I am always very patient but I must write this review, Dr.Do is very nice person but HIS STAFF IS VERY HORRIBLE, They just DO NOT CARE I just want to refill my medicine but when I called, they said that I MUST GO BACK TO GET THE BLOOD TEST AGAIN BECAUSE IT HAS BEEN OVER 4 months ??? That’s fine but when I want to get appointment, IT WILL BE ANOTHER PROBLEM !!! It’s must take at least 2 weeks then I must see different doctor, the receptionist said that my appointment 2:00 pm I arrived at 1:35 pm then she said NO YOUR APPOINTMENT UNTIL 2:30 pm Doctor now is taking a nap so come back or WAIT. ??? With very RUDE VOICE !!! I feel Bad but I think I must change the Doctor !!! My house is very far away and I DO NOT think that I have to suffer this kind of behavior!!! And no one in the waiting room at this time 😡😡😡

Employee unprofessional can’t communicate with the insurance For The Patient and send wrong code to insurance even when patient requested re-code they denied and ignored the request.

Dr Christopher Do is my primary care doctor since the early 90's. He is my doctor for almost 30 years. Dr Do and his staff are very professional. My patient number is 700's (only 3 digits). I moved to Sunnyvale in 2002 and I still go to his clinic because I love the care that he gave me. We don't only talk about my medical condition but we also talked about my family. He remembers what we talked about. He doesn't prescribe medications right away unless you really need it. He will advice you to do something first to get better. I also like his staff because they're very nice. I can understand the way they because I worked with a lot of Vietnamese people and I have some Vietnamese friends.

We have been going to Dr. Do for several years. He is very nice and easy to talk to. But the staff in the front office has been a disappointment for me. Every time we come in we can't see a welcoming and smiling face. When I needed to talk to the doctor they gave me a hard time even when I tell them it's an emergency. Dr. Do always told me I can call anytime if needed. I'm thinking of going to another doctor if his staff is like that.

Dr. Do is my primary doctor for so many years. I came here to see Dr. Do for annual check up and other medical treatment. They offer to draw the blood test here so we don’t have to go to the lab. I am glad that Dr. Do accept Santa Clara healthy family and Anthem Bluecross now so my other family members can come here too. Dr. Do is a good doctor always patient and listen to what you say. If you have any questions or concerns about your health he will take his time to explain and prescribe the medication as need. I am highly recommend Dr.Do to be your family doctor.
