CI Medical Center

Went to this office for years but not anymore because service gets worse. My favorite doctor Dac Vu has retired and it was impossible for me to find an appointment with him. Annual checkups should have been 100% covered by insurance but I was partly charged out of pocket for a lab test. The issue was that I had not been informed of any additional charge or additional tests needed during the visit. Some weeks later I was billed by a lab that I had never heard of. When I called billing manager of this office, she did not care about situation and left the payment responsibility to patients. Highly recommend to avoid this place unless you want surprising medical bills.

I never wrote any review before on goggle, but I will make an exception for CI Medical Center. I am a new patient and words cannot express how amazing the staffs were to me. The receptionists, medial assistant, phlebotomist, and doctor were all professional in their part to advise and treat their patients with respect. I was really amazed of how quickly my test results had came back from the lab within 2 days! From my last doctor's office, they took more than 2 weeks and I didn't even received any notification about my results. CI Medical Center provides a patient portal where you will find everything online about your status and what you requested from them. All in all, I would highly recommend this health care facility to anyone who may be looking for a new doctor office to try. Just give this place a chance and you will not regret it!

Very nice, helpful, and knowledgeable staff members. I've known the clinic for almost 5 years, but this year is the first time with Dr. Le, who is an extraordinary physician that I highly recommend to everyone! The clinic itself is very clean and neat, so that's a big plus. Overall, I would recommend everyone who needs family docs coming to this clinic, especially with the fabulous Dr. Le and the wonderful Shaine :)

I've been so happy about finding Dr. Jacqueline Le-Guevara. After years of going from one doctor to another not believing my symptoms, dismissing me and implying it was all in my mind, Dr. Le-Guevara took the time to listen to me, refer me to specialists and run tests to figure out what's happening to me. The staff also is always so nice, prompt and professional.

I visit here every year for annual check up. De Le is my primary doctor and very good. She gives time listen everything and give best advise and she make sure your are confident and mentally strong when you leave from there which itself treat yourself. Office also handle the process in very nice way. I never have to call my insurance, CI medical fronts desk staff deal with my insurance themself
