The staff was patient, helpful, and made us feel right at home. The gelato was delicious, and the excellent customer service made the visit even better. Definitely worth a visit if you're looking for a sweet treat and a warm atmosphere!
We had a great experience at Ciao! Sweet and Gelato. We tried the Paris Brest and the mango mousse, both recommended by Jeremiah who helped us at the counter, and he made some really good suggestions. The Paris Brest was really nice with a rich hazelnut cream filling that made it feel light but still very indulgent. The mango mousse was shaped like an actual mango and had a smooth mango mousse inside with real pieces of mango, which made it even better. The place itself was very clean, spacious, and comfortable to sit in. The staff was friendly and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. They also had French Quran playing, which added a unique and calm atmosphere. Overall, everything from the desserts to the service was excellent. Definitely a great spot if you want something sweet and well made. We’ll be coming back.
Absolutely loved this place! The desserts were fresh, rich, and beautifully presented. The tiramisu was perfectly balanced—not too sweet—and the chocolate pastry was unique and delicious. The atmosphere is clean, modern, and very inviting, with great attention to detail (even the gold utensils add a nice touch). The staff were friendly and welcoming, making the whole experience even better. Definitely one of the best dessert spots around—highly recommend and will be coming back!
We had a great experience at CIAO! Sweets & Gelato! Keke was excellent help and The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and the desserts were excellent. We especially liked the wide variety of options—many of the desserts are mousse-based and looked almost too good to eat. Everything we tried was delicious, and we'll definitely be back!
Oh my goodness! I had an absolutely fantastic and delicious experience here. My absolute favorite was the fruit pastries and the cookies with dipped chocolate. I also absolutely loved the Kinder Bueno coffee; it was simply divine. The space is spacious and immaculately clean.
