Do not go with this company . They will deny any claim you file . I have been seriously affected by the last hurricane . I have had to come out of pocket for all repairs. Their adjusters are the worst. They treat you as if you are not a customer . Very unprofessional. Stayed on EarPods during our interaction as if my claim was not important . And blocked my whole driveway , everyone knows common courtesy if you are a contractor you park on the street. I’m canceling all my policies with this company . I don’t care if you say you are just the agent you help your customers, you don’t just say oh that is adjuster , especially if the Custuner has been a loyal paying one over a decade . Not acceptable. If you truly care about your clientele you help them !!!

Working with Cindy to get our auto and home insurance correct for both our homes was a breeze - she is fantastic and knows her stuff. She truly takes the time to understand the needs of her client and only recommends policies and coverages you truly need. She's also extremely patient (and very quick at getting back to you) and will go back and forth with you until we get it right and the numbers look good, without making you feel pressured into buying the policy. Overall fantastic experience and Cindy comes highly recommended.
