City Cave Float and Wellness Spa - Near Southside Fort Worth

D was my massage therapist and it was the most thorough massage | have ever had! She was so knowledgeable, gentle, and her voice was calming. I booked this massage last minute and it was so meant to be! I can't wait to come back to try the float rooms! Thank you for a great massage D!

I bought this for my husband for Christmas and due to scheduling conflicts and other things we just got to use it today. We were kind of unsure at first, but the staff was so helpful, friendly and knowledgeable about every aspect of the entire experience. If you’re looking for something different, relaxing, soul healing, to do alone or as a couple, this needs to be on your list. I have never felt so peaceful and energized and relaxed and calm all at the same time. We did the couples infrared sauna the one hour couples float and then we each had a massage after and we are definitely going to make this something that we pencil in and make time for on a regular basis. It was amazing. They thought of everything ……. from the toiletries and the hair dryer to having the towels and the robes ready, slippers for your feet and explaining every detail of the sauna and the tank. Each room had a shower and you get to pick your music to float based on the kind of experience that you want to get!! There was no detail left to wonder about. Absolutely a must do experience as many times as possible!!!!

I cannot say enough greatness about this place! I’ve never walked away from any facility feeling zero stress and totally relaxed, not to mention the clarity I felt in my mind. I truly felt like I was ready to conquer the world as I walked through the parking lot to go home! Between the float therapy, the infrared sauna and massage therapy…This place is a go to. Try one or all! You will not regret it!

****So Im updating this review*** the experience was still amazing, but after looking at my receipt, that gets emailed to you, there is a 3% processing fee for paying with a credit card. Now maybe it's it some small print somewhere im not sure, and thats on me, but when we checked out we also asked if we could split it, and that was going to cause an issue with thier system so we didnt. Now THAT RIGHT THERE would have been the perfect time to maybe mention the fee. That is a little frustrating to me because who carries over $400 in cash to avoid this fee? I have yet to be able to speak with anyone to find out if it's the same fee for a debit card. A friend and I came here for the first time for a relaxing day. From the beginning it was amazing, the staff was great and helpful. The sauna was nice, hot but relaxing! Then we sat in the relaxation room while we waited to head to the float pool, they had amazing bluebonnet tea. Next we did the salt float pool, they provide you with ear plugs, there's a headrest, you can have music or not, lights on or not. It was the most relaxed my body has ever been. There is a shower in the same room so you can wash off the salt water, with shampoo, conditioner and body wash which is so nice! Next we did the massage, they were so accommodating, asked how we liked the pressure, areas we wanted to focus on. It was a great experience. So much so that I've been telling everyone I work with and I plan on buying the membership!

Had an amazing experience at City Cave in Fort Worth ✨ So relaxing and recharging—exactly what I needed. Perfect for self-care days, and also a great idea for a couples mini treat 💆‍♀️💆‍♂️ Highly recommend it if you’re looking to unwind and relax.
