He made sure to put me in a quiet room to ensure a comfortable stay so I could catch up on my sleep. It is a beautiful manor filled with charm and history
Emilio Perez (?★): I love visiting the hotel for business, but the parking situation is borderline unacceptable. There are no EV chargers available unless you pay for valet. While that is not totally uncommon, what is different here is that management has completely outsourced parking and guest experience to a third-party vendor. It’s not a good. First off, you’re required to register your personal information with this app and financial information in order to pay. While not everyone cares about privacy, it’s still a hassle to have to utilize third-party software to register your info. When I asked the desk staff about adding parking to my room I was told it wasn’t possible and had to use the app. I thought I was over it, but upon leaving the gate was apparently delayed for everyone and only let cars out one per green light. It added 15 minutes to my travel time since there was a large number of people leaving at once. From a guest experience this was highly inconvenient as a first impression upon my arrival, and left a bad memory as my last thought. I’d encourage the management to think about whether this cost-cutting change is positive for guest experience, I think not.
uama1 (?★): The Claremont represents history, community, and a sense of belonging. Having visited over the years, I was curious to see whether that spirit would remain after the transition from Fairmont ownership.

The hotel itself is gorgeous, and the hilltop location offers truly spectacular views. Every staff member I interacted with was welcoming and accommodating. It’s a stunning property, and I’d absolutely return for a personal stay with my family.
