When I went there, I was the only customer, and wasn’t greeted at all, ironically they have a sign outside that says “we are so happy you are here” , it doesn’t seem like it. I grabbed a couple of items and I hear a voice asking “are you ready?” I said yes, lady says nothing, scans items and asks “so just these two items?” In an upset tone, I said yes, I pay with my phone and she says They don’t take debit cards. She’s chewing gum the entire time, she asked me if I had the physical card (which I unfortunately didn’t at the moment) but oh boy she really lacks customer service. I mean the store is already empty and you treat customers like that? This isn’t the first time I buy here unfortunately I have to come here when Im in need of cupcake boxes but I have never posted a review for them before. Terrible customer service.
Not very educated on the product they sell, I called in & asked if they had gold sheet gelatin. I was told “ we have sheet gelatin, not sure if it’s gold” I asked if she could find out & was told “ we don’t have the original packaging, we sell them 5 at a time”. You know it’s sad when you call a place like this that’s supposed to specialize in confectionery & dessert supplies & the people working there can’t give you simple information. For instance it’s not hard to look & sheet gelatin & know if it’s either Gold, silver or bronze.
Great place for baking supplies, food grade packaging. Very helpful staff.
