I had such a wonderful experience with Kendra! She was incredibly friendly, sweet, and welcoming, and she made me feel completely comfortable throughout my facial. Her massage was honestly the best I’ve ever had! She was so attentive and made the entire experience feel relaxing and special. I would definitely come back again, and Kendra is a big reason why. Went to Cleopatra to get my eyebrows threaded and had a great experience. As a man, I was a little particular about keeping them natural and clean, and they did an excellent job. The service was quick, very affordable, and everyone was extremely friendly. I also had no irritation afterward, which was a huge plus since my skin can be sensitive. Highly recommend if you’re looking for quality eyebrow threading and great customer service.
Walked in on a Sunday to get my eyebrows laminated and threaded!! Sunita was the best! She took her time to make sure I loved everything and she was so much fun to talk to. She is absolutely the sweetest and gave the best service! 10/10 would recommend!
I was disappointed with my experience. The dermaplane facial felt very rushed and the entire treatment did not meet my expectations. The dermaplaning itself seemed to take only about 15 minutes, and a noticeable amount of facial hair was still left behind. After that, a face mask was applied and I was left alone for another 15 minutes, which made it feel like very little time was actually spent performing the facial. I expected a much more thorough and detailed service, especially for a professional dermaplane treatment. Unfortunately, the results did not justify the cost, and I left feeling like the treatment was incomplete. I hope the salon improves the quality and attention to detail for future clients.
