5 antibiotics and i still have infection. And pain. So maybe they are injected only water solution. Not worthy 300 hundred.
Very shady service here, went in for a check up for $30 and they tried to hit me with over $500 in checks and tests that I did not need and one of them being a diabetes test. Declined and went to the hospital and was tested for everything and was told that was all unnecessary checks
worst experience I’ve ever had, clinic states they opened at 9am and no one was there till about 9:30-9:45 (didnt mind waiting however because I know traffic and stuff happens) I got checked right away considering I was the only one there at the time, I was told my prescription would be sent to the pharmacy I chose between 3-4 hours from my visit, I called the pharmacy I chose to see if my prescription was sent over and turns out they never sent it over, so I wait longer and try calling the pharmacy again, and still nothing was sent over from the clinic, I then proceeded to call the clinic to figure out what’s going on bcs I really needed my prescription, lady hung up on me twice, I had someone else call from a different number and the lady spoke to them just fine and was told that it wasnt sent over yet, that it should be ready within 3 hours, so we waited once again, and still nothing from the pharmacy, nothing was sent over , till finally we call the clinic and no one answers the phone so we just decided to go up to the clinic to get a written prescription so I can get it myself considering how late it was in the day, Come to find out, we were told that the doctor never sent it over and never left a copy on file so there was nothing they could do till he gets back. Words were exchanged and I just had to end up going to the hospital, they the proceeded to call/text me at 7:30 once Im at the hospital that my prescription was finally sent over ( my pharmacy closes at 7) I had high hopes for this clinic since I always heard good things about it, but this was the worst experience I ever had at a clinic. Consultations are affordable but terrible service.
This is a good clinic and very affordable. They are open late and on weekends which makes it more accessible to people. The doctor listens and will work with you on costs, even going as far as follow up consultations at no cost.
I went for a checkup bcs I needed a doctors note for my job I’m aware they’ll need to do tests to see what I have, however my first encounter was with in fact the manager I was left speechless when I was hearing how she was speaking to me and told me I could’ve gone somewhere else to see what I had..I thought people who chose this field were supposed to wanna help people. Horrible experience.
