Please go to another clinic if you can. There’s always long waiting times even if you are there in time, you’re lucky if you ever meet the doctor (so a nurse is always doing your exams, and staff calls her a doctor- as if you don’t know how to read her name tag), and there’s poor communication with the ultrasound clinic they refer their patients to. Lastly, they cancelled my appointment on my face (at the clinic) the day of my glucose test because they supposedly couldn’t take my insurance anymore. No heads up, no calling before the appointment. Now, I have no prenatal care at 28 weeks, calling every office to see if they have appointments. Don’t let this happen to you.

Doctor Borrowdale performed surgery on me on September 17th. I Scheduled a follow up before his vacation time. I find childcare so I can attend the appointment, I drive to Santa Ana from Anaheim to attend my appointment and when I arrive he is like a deer in headlights, completely unsure of why I was there. The hospital told me to schedule with you for a follow up! Apparently this was news to him. He did not have the pathology report. He said he would get it to me the following day. The day passed, nothing. I called back on Friday and was told I'd get a call back. Nothing. Today is Tuesday and he's gone on vacation. I was told I can get the results in 2 weeks when he returns. Surely he isn't the gatekeeper to the results. Does anyone know how else I can get my results? I get it, I have Medi-Cal, but anyway I hope Dr. Borrowdale enjoyed his vacation!

This building has 3 floors! First floor is regular physician, 2nd is ob/gyn and 3rd is dentist! The 2nd floor is great!! Sweet friendly and helpful nurses!! The doctors are amazing and answer any questions and concerns we have regarding our bodies!! They also help you apply for medical if you’re pregnant. Have resources they can inform you on and help guide you every step of the way during pregnancy! The FIRST FLOOR though, is a whole other story!! The nurses are nice and helpful, the receptionist is nice as well and the guy that does blood work is a sweetheart!!! BUTTTTT the doctor they currently have is enough to make you want to never return!!! DOCTORA IRAN ESCORCIA She is horrible!! Disregards ALL concerns, forgets to send out prescriptions, takes forever to attend to her patients, I once had an appointment at 11:15 am and I wasn’t seen until 1:00 pm!!! She will refuse to send you to do any further testing regarding bigger health issues that she doesn’t specialize in. Talks over you, talks loudly, gets annoyed when asked to repeat something, claims anything and everything you’re feeling is due to anxiety, and makes you come back to appointments over and over again instead of just listening the first time. So if you’re thinking of attending this clinic, ask to be seen by the other working physicians, because she will not help you. And I know I’m not the only one that feels this way, the difference is, I’m not an elderly person that can’t do anything about it.
