ANDREW & DAVID manhandled the profession of repairing vehicles. DAVID took time out of EVERY move he made and his elaborations are pin 📌 point!! I was having a very stressful day due to my air conditioning not working. Andrew took time out of his schedule and took care of it. I sat in their lounge area where they had cold 🥶 beverages and snacks at NO cost!! To top it off! THEY HUBER YOU TO WHERE U HAVE TO BE AND PICK U UP WHEN YOUR CAR IS DONE ✅!!! As well as PAY FOR IT!!! This shop is in a CLASS OF THEIR “OWN”!! I WILL DEFINITELY MAKE THIS PLACE CALLED “ CLUTCH” on Mason street my “PRIMARY” car 🚗 shop! JOB WELL DONE 👍🏾 FELLAS!! SERIOUSLY!! 💪🏾🙏🏾
The team at Clutch Automotive on Mason is unmatched! Their service was A-1 from start to finish! Andrew was very welcoming and knowledgeable, and the mechanic team had my non-working vehicle AC fixed and blowing ❄️ in less than 4 hours! They provided transportation to and from the location while my vehicle was being serviced... clean lobby... complementary snacks... 3 year warranty... and an overall top notch experience! I was also enrolled in a rewards program that accumulates money towards future repairs! You truly get what you pay for... and the reasonable pricing was worth every penny! I highly recommend this Mason location and I will be returning for my vehicle needs!
I have so many good things to say about Clutch, Andrew, and the other guys working there. They were amazing. I needed an engine replacement on my 2019 Ram 1500 and have an extended warranty and the company was giving the run around. Clutch fought for me and the job needing to be done, and in the end, they did the best they could with their hands tied with the warranty company not wanting to pay for the complete job. They kept the prices down on what my responsibility was. I have recommended them to so many people. As a woman, it is hard to find shops that don’t treat me like I’m stupid and don’t know anything about cars. These men were great and I won’t go anywhere else now!
