I had a great experience at the Coach Outlet. The store was super clean, well-organized, and had a great selection. The staff was friendly without being pushy—they actually helped me find exactly what I was looking for and made the whole process easy. Prices were solid for the quality, and I ended up leaving with more than I planned (no regrets 😄). Definitely coming back again.
On 10.3.26 my young daughter & I were in the Coach store browsing, though I decided to look for a bag similar to a messenger style bag. I asked an employee what section I could find messenger bags. This employee guided me to the section. I tried on the brown bag and didn’t care for it though decided to go with the lighter brown with the signature C’s. She immediately took the bag and said that she would hold it for me while putting it on her shoulder and asking if there was anything else I was looking for. I was taken back by her statement “ I will just hold it for you” I mentioned a wallet though as I turned around I noticed everyone in the store.. EVERYONE in the store browsing/shopping/holding whatever merchandise they intended to purchase without a EMPLOYEE following behind them nor holding the item(s) they intended to buy. I walked over to the wallet section and was greeted by another employee (a Caucasian female with glasses) and I stopped her from looking for additional wallets to my liking. I said let’s observe the environment and stop. I told her to look around the store and notice everyone is casually shopping at their leisure, holding the items in their hands and without an EMPLOYEE unlike myself as the only BROWN female in the store at the moment. She immediately tried to minimize my observations/feelings/thoughts of what was right in front of us. She said “it’s not what you think it is, she’s just going above and beyond”. I stopped her in her tracks and advised her not to try and “SUGARCOAT” & or cover up what was actually happening. She assured me that it wasn’t what I thought it was and that she was also a BROWN WOMEN. Despite she was indeed of Caucasian decent. As I told her to observe the store once more an older Asian lady came over looking for a wallet, and directly behind me a younger Caucasian female was standing in the mirror with two bags on trying them out. I stated not either one of them have an employee with them and they are holding the items they intend to purchase their selves. I kindly told her and the original person who helped me find the bag that I felt uncomfortable with this experience and it gave the perception that I was going to steal from the store. I explained that due to the observation and my experience tonight, my money is NO VALUE HERE and I will plan to spend it elsewhere. I explained to my daughter that if you are treated differently because of the color of your skin you SPEAK UP for yourself & if you’re uncomfortable in any environment you LEAVE. Just thought I share my recent experience as a BROWN-BLACK WOMAN at the COACH OUTLET (Las Vegas Premium Outlets)
I had a wonderful experience with Jinny. She helped me pick out my purse and made sure it had a custom design with a scarf. Jinny is sweet, kind and took her time to make sure I was happy with my purchase. Thank you for not making me feel rushed and really caring about me as a customer.
I traveled from Albuquerque, New Mexico for vacation and I absolutely had to stop at the coach outlet. And I was not disappointed. I don’t remember the young gentleman that helped me. But he was amazing. He wears glasses. I think his name …
I purchased my wife purse and sunglasses. I tried to use gift card because I have so many due to my extreme spent for my businesses. But the young lady at the cashier was extremely rude and she behaved like I asked something out of this world. She behaved so rude and she said it’s not possible due to machine. But when manager Liz came, she was extremely kind and helped me.
