Their rose and lychee jelly? I swear it’s one of the most refreshing, delicate, pretty things you can get anywhere around here. It tastes like someone bottled up a spring garden and turned it into dessert. And the bunny and capybara jellies - don’t even get me started. They’re almost too cute to eat, but then you do, and they’re delicious on top of being ridiculously charming. Everything they make feels thoughtful, whimsical, and crafted with so much care. It’s one of those rare spots that just makes you happy the moment you sit down with your tray. Coconut Paradise is easily one of my favorite places, and it’s stayed that way for a reason.

Hidden gem inside the 99 Ranch supermarket, so save your time circling around the plaza. Once inside 99 Ranch, Coconut Paradise is located immediately to your left. The amount of items on the menu is pretty crazy, considering that only one dude was taking order and mixing up the drink when we visited. I had the Lavender ube coffee oat milk latte (D21) and wife had the shaved ice halo-halo. Gotta admit, the ube flavor is strong with the refreshments here. Perfect amount of sweetness and superb customer service. Highly recommended!
This is the best dessert shop I’ve ever visited. The sweetness comes naturally from fresh coconut, and the flavors are incredibly rich. They offer a wide variety of options, but I always go for the fresh coconut with mango—it’s so fresh and delicious. I’ll definitely be back!
