I had trouble booking travel through this service. Despite an agent confirming my flight, hotel, and car reservations, I haven't received the itinerary, and there's no record in the system. A follow-up was necessary, but the interaction fell below professional and customer service standards. The platform was cumbersome and time-consuming, making an already stressful scheduling process even worse. We need to improve communication, follow-through, and the overall customer experience.

Takes 2x3 times longer to book flights now than before. Very inconvenient and forced on faculty and institutes to use -

Objectively useless, they are the worst travel company to work with, their customer service is non-existent and every time you call they charge your organization for useless service. I can't wait till my university rebids their contract and gets a different service.

DO NOT BOOK your travels with them. They misspelled so many of our group members name. Not only did they book us different flights at different times, they book us at separate airports. And that is my main issue, I live in NYC and now I have to go to Jersey to catch my flight.the words i would use to describe my experience are: unprofessional, inefficient and unresponsive. DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES

Unfortunately, OSU employee travel is handled by this company. I have had to travel on many occasions and every single time something is wrong with the credit card CTP provided or they never provided the credit card info to the hotel at all. Many hours have been spent trying to resolve their mistakes and its frustrating to know that each time I travel for work I will have to deal with this issue again. I would not recommend this agency to anyone.
