Sign in to reviewThe vermicelli with grilled pork, pork skin, and egg rolls (B7) was alright overall. The noodles themselves had an almost mushy texture and lacked the bite I was expecting. We were served the dish in takeout containers despite requesting dine-in - which is fine - but the sectional dividers made it difficult to mix all the ingredients and flavors together, which is kind of the point of a vermicelli bowl. The sauce was also just okay and didn’t feel as flavorful as other vermicelli dishes I’ve had. The egg rolls were decent and added something to the dish, but not in a particularly meaningful way - they mostly just felt like they were there. The standout, though, was the grilled pork. It had a slight char that firmed up the texture in a good way and added a subtle, smoky “burn” that enhanced the flavor. The rice with pork chop dish (C1) was definitely easier to eat, but the pork chop itself felt a bit underwhelming compared to the grilled pork. It was slightly chewier than I would’ve liked and didn’t have enough char to bring out deeper flavor. Overall, it was a straightforward and fairly average Vietnamese rice dish. As for the egg rolls on their own, they were quite good texturally - extremely crispy with a thin outer wrapper that made the filling-to-skin ratio really enjoyable. However, the filling itself lacked flavor and felt a bit underwhelming; without sauce, they would fall pretty flat. Overall, the food truck has a cool vibe and serves decent Vietnamese food in a fun setting, but I’d probably try a different spot next time I’m in the area
Came here for the first time, and I’ve got to say, the food looks really appetizing! I ordered the C7 (Cơm sườn bì chả trứng), and it was honestly worth every penny. The portion was generous, the flavors were on point, and all this for just $14~16 , such a great deal. Definitely worth the money, and I’ll be coming back for sure!

It was really good at first about 6-7 months ago. Now its really not. When they mean chicken and broccoli they mean broccoli and broccoli and a little chunks of chicken. We used to go there on a weekly. Untill we found another place, but as usual as it is here in Austin. Start off super well 10/10 then super bad 4/10
The most delicious and truly authentic Vietnamese dishes Highly recommend I had the C1 plate
