The first time I called trying to get a new provider. I found the number online for a Dr. Holli Banister. When I called, I was met with what sounded like unprofessional service, the guy had to ask me to repeat everything and it was frustrating. I was put on hold three times. I was told I couldn’t get care because of a doctor I was assigned to that I have never even met, it turned out to be an insurance issue. I had to call my insurance company to fix something. I called back 10 minutes later -and was put on hold for 15 minutes with no one answering, so I gave up because I had other things to do. I called back today with someone who sounded totally annoyed and indifferent to whatever it was I needed. I asked for the specific Dr and she said they didn’t even have that doctor at that clinic. I gave up based on the attitude ( not the info), and called another place instead. So I cannot recommend them. Health care is important, this isn’t a Dominoes Pizza, pretend like you care.

I am writing to express concern about the ongoing experiences I have had at this clinic. I have been coming here since I was a child and have always hoped it would be a place where I feel heard and supported regarding my health. Unfortunately, in recent visits, I have left feeling dismissed and as though my concerns were not taken seriously. Specifically, I have repeatedly felt unheard when seen by certain providers, particularly white female doctors. The pattern has been consistent enough to leave me questioning whether my symptoms and concerns are being minimized. This has created a sense of discouragement and frustration, especially when seeking care during moments of vulnerability.Given that this clinic serves a community largely made up of people of color, I would expect more representation among the staff and providers. It is important that patients can see themselves reflected in those who care for them, and that cultural understanding and sensitivity are prioritized in patient interactions. If I am feeling this way, I worry that others may be experiencing the same but do not feel comfortable speaking up. I hope this feedback can help initiate positive change so that all patients receive the compassionate, attentive care they deserve.

I will give zero star. Reception on 2nd floor was so lazy. I checked in for lab, then I waited for one hour. Then asked her how long will I wait for. She said sorry. She forgot about my check in. Then she said it is lunchtime now. Please come back after lunchtime.
