April somehow makes every appointment feel like catching up with an old friend while making sure your dental health is taken care of. She is accommodating, meticulous, and always does a thorough job. She listens to my half garbled life updates and still manages to stay professional and focused on providing great care. Going to the dentist can be stressful for a lot of people, but she makes the experience comfortable and easy. The entire team at Complete Dental Care of Mansfield is wonderful. Everyone is friendly, courteous, and professional, and they do a great job making patients feel welcome from the moment they walk in the door. I highly recommend Complete Dental Care of Mansfield, and if April is your hygienist, you are in great hands

I went there for first time yesterday for cleaning. I felt I was given a sales pitch. Different levels of cleaning and diff price points. Hygienist Joey seemed to be “selling “ dental care versus just cleaning my teeth. He actually told me if I did not follow his plans next time he will do the next level of cleaning. Almost demanding versus discussion. I said no basic what my insurance would cover today. Dr. Patel walked in not very personal at all. Stayed all of 5 min did not even bother looking in my mouth and left after her 2 min conversation. I will NOT be going back! There are plenty of dentists in Mansfield to choose from
My dental hygienist is always friendly. She does a thorough job with my cleaning and makes recommendations for improvement. I drive 30 minutes to the location so that says a lot.
So disappointed in the service I received. I felt Like I was being nickled and dimed. I had To take all these X-rays and was told I needed an extensive dental care program in order to get my teeth cleaned which I know my insurance does not cover. I came In for a simple teeth cleaning and obviously left without it happening. So disappointed. I don’t Understand why we can’t get simple care anymore! I hope Your business survives after treating a patient so poorly.
