They will usually not listen when you want a specific trim but overall its fine.

I asked for a 2 in. trim and to follow the V-cut of my hair. I said I wanted to keep it long and when he initially showed me how much he would remove, it was fine but he ended up cutting way more than I asked for (5-6 inches) and he cut it straight across. There was no more V-cut. I also asked twice about cutting off my split ends and he said that split ends were only at the bottom of my hair. So he didn’t remove the split ends from my shorter layers. The haircut was like 20 minutes and cost $45. Didn’t take his time at all and not worth the cost. If I could give 0 stars I would.
Well done! It costs $22 for men, and $25+ for women. The haircut process is short, although the wait time is over an HOUR. (they only have one barber) They’ll actually understand what you’re asking for when you just want a “trim”. Love them though, I might be coming back, but it’s still a long time for the wait. Still better than other barber shops.
