Truly the most amazing dentist I've ever been to. The most important things: the dental hygienist and dentist are highly skilled, professional, and conservative in their care. They do xrays right from your own seat, they have a TV on the ceiling, and give you a goody bag at the end! Their lobby is super nice with a mini refreshment bar and wireless charging! They just give excellent dental care from start to finish!!
I had an excellent experience with Dr. Roman at Confident Smiles in Santee , Ca for a tooth restoration. From start to finish, everything was handled with professionalism and care. Dr. Roman took the time to explain the procedure clearly and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the office was clean and well organized. The restoration turned out great, and I’m very happy with the results. I highly recommend Dr. Roman and Dr Rivera at Confident Smiles and this dental office to anyone looking for quality dental care.
Went in for a consult and learned much more than I had expected. It was a lot of information, but it was explained at a pace and language that made it much easier for me to understand. I was given 3 quotes for 3 separate procedures and was walk through each of them in detail from A to Z. Both Dr. Rivera, the assistant (I'm so sorry I forgot her name), and Jena friendly, professional, and took their time answering my questions fully to my satisfaction, and volunteering their expertise when I asked for more details or made observations. Overall, I was impressed and very comfortable both with the staff and the office. No anxiety at all and absolutely no pressure for any decisions at the moment. My friend Cindy turned me on to Confident Smiles six years ago and I couldn't be happier. I started with Jacob who was so wonderful he made me want to take care of my teeth and gums for the first time in my 62 yrs. But one day I came in Jacob was off becoming a dentist and I got this girl named Vanessa. My first instinct was to run but I'm glad I didn't. She's the best. She's sweet, efficient and makes me feel very comfortable. I appreciate how she takes the time to work with my anxieties and hang ups about getting my teeth cleaned. I was also thrilled to meet Dr Nanton too. A female dentist. I love it. The ladies at the front desk are always helpful too. Nice Job Confident Smiles!!!
