I’ve honestly never left a bad review before, but this experience was too disappointing to ignore. First, I want to say that the hairdresser may be a kind person, this is not about her personality, but strictly about professionalism. I went in expecting a simple long layered haircut. I had very long, straight, healthy hair down past my waist. I showed clear reference photos from both the front and back of exactly what I wanted. She barely looked at the pictures for a couple of seconds and said “okay.” She showed me a small amount of length she would cut, which I agreed to. However, she didn’t wash my hair or even spray it with water, and the entire cut felt rushed. At the end, she styled it with waves, and it already looked shorter than expected. She reassured me that it would look fine straight. As soon as I got home and washed it, I realized how bad it actually was. My hair went from below my waist to just a little below my shoulders. The layers are uneven, and the overall result looks nothing like what I asked for. It feels like a completely different haircut than agreed upon. I’ve never felt this upset after a salon visit. This was a huge change that I did not ask for, and unfortunately, I cannot recommend this place based on my experience.

Sunny’s salon, a cozy, appointment-only establishment, has been my go-to for fantastic haircuts for over a decade. Whether it’s for men or women, she delivers quick and precise cuts every time. Truly, she’s the best!
