Interesting hole in the wall vibes. Awesome place to chill out. Pho is great. I have chef friends in Vietnam and this is every bit as good as theirs. Pork belly Banh mi was marginal. Obviously not everything can be perfect and that’s okay. I’d say it’s slightly overpriced. But I don’t have a problem with paying a little extra to support a cool place. Overall fun experience if definitely recommend it to anyone who hates corporate bar/restaurants.
Don’t be fooled by the funky, eclectic dive-bar vibe—the food here is next-level. The soup dumplings come swimming in the most flavorful broth, the shrimp banh mi packs a punch, and the mushrooms—coated in a sweet, tangy brown sauce—are downright addictive. You’ll eat off paper plates and sip from plastic cups, but that only adds to the charm. With food this good, you won’t mind a bit.
Lori is my favorite bartender when she’s working she makes the vibes great and so is her three sisters cosmos is my local favorite bar and I go here about almost at least twice a week or three times a week. The food here is amazing. The people that come here are amazing. They’re all local friends of East Dallas or elsewhere 100% recommend going to this bar because it has like that nice 80s retro vibe, cozy dim lights this is probably my favorite bar of all time in Dallas I see locals from five star restaurants coming here and that says a lot because the food is that great
They are currently not serving the Vietnamese species. My customer had to cancel the order because of it. They share a parking lot with Fine Nails salon therefore the parking is limited. I had to practically park my Titan on the sidewalk.
Love cosmos! It is such a unique combination of dive bar and lounge and light bites Vietnamese food. The cosmo of course is a great signature drink but keep in mind they have a great espresso martini made with Vietnamese coffee. I also love the pho and their kimchi tots. Seriously the food is great! Nothing is terribly expensive and the pours are strong so you will have a great time.
