I booked on groupon. They were not courteous. Upon our arrival we spoke to someone that didn't ask our name.or anything. Once we got to the location No one greeted us when we walked in. The massage was pretty good. But after they stuck us in the sauna. No one came to check on us left us in there for 30 minutes. Finished there was two men standing in the hallway. I was waiting for the ladies to return but never did. So as we went to walk out the 2 men looked at us crazy as to intimidate us to leave a tip. Didn't mind leaving 1 that's why I had cash on me but when they stopped us looking crazy. I said No........
By far the worst massage ever. They doubled book us. Our appointment was at 430 which they had us in there nude and waiting for almost a hour before they got started. The men are very heavy handed and the massage was painful. I had to keep asking to ease up especially putting elbows in my back. Not therapeutic at all! They are not licensed and no women were available! They talk in their foreign tongue during the entire massage… literally. I ask them repeatedly to stop which only lasted for a moment and nonstop chatter again. The ambiance consist of dimmed light, faded music which their chatter drowned out, no candles, no aromatics and stone massage was only 5 mins. Like walking into a generic pitch tent salon and never saw anyone disinfect or sanitize! I wouldn’t have given one star but wouldn’t allow me to post without it. The old man demanded a tip which I left $5 in spite of the terrible service. “You leave tip?” No thank you or how was the service? I noticed no one was ever offered a refund or coupon as gratitude or restitution for their awful service and reviews! Save yourself! I wish I had read the reviews prior to and saved us😩
I had a great experience at Cozy Massage today. Sy was very helpful and took time to listen to me throughout my chair massage. I felt so much better afterwards as I have had so much stress lately and felt it all over my back. I will definitely visit again.
Sai is amazing! I visited Northlake to go to another store and came across this massage spa. Very nice for a quick massage and they accept walk ins which is great. Great pricing and I’d definitely be back.
Ugh so unprofessional. Booked a couples massage through Groupon 2 months in advance. tried to call then and schedule, they said it was too far out. called 3 weeks prior, he claimed he doesn't do Groupons anymore. I told him it was a birthday gift and that he needed to honor it. He schedules me, their sauna breaks, he reschedules me, then my partner gets to the place after missed calls to his phone just to get a runaround about the barcode and voucher not working and it was the entire time! He spoke out of line and was generally just not competent on the topic. Wish I could review the services, we never got through the door.
