Sign in to reviewBrought my 16 year old son to schedule an appointment to get his wisdom teeth removed. When called to desk I sat right across receptionist. The lady had the audacity to ask me if I was Luis, my son's name. I kept my composure as I do have common sense and 20 plus year in customer service. I switched seats with again my 16 year old. Dentist do a great job, my son healed in no time. Some team members need more training on how to speak to patients with respect.
As soon as I walked in I was greeted politely. The place is clean and orderly. A bit cool but all medical offices maintain a cool temperature for hygienic purposes. The lobby tv monitors show nice relaxing drone footage of natural landscapes instead of divisive news channels. Every person that attended to me was also polite and professional.
Got a crown here about 5 years ago now, and I've had a ton of issues with it that I've had other dentists prove were caused by the poorly installed crown. It fell out 2 times the first year while eating soft non chewy foods (shouldn't do that) they put it back in and didnt make sure it fit right with me and told me my concerns were based in ignorance for the procedure.( I ended up doing a ton of research after the first time it came off and realized had they given me the option they legally should have, I would've been better off pulling the whole tooth out) The crown caused me to have an uneven bite for two years which unaligned my teeth that I already had braces for, caused multiple annually recurring infections, and they refuse to fix their mistake without a specialty referral like it's not their mistake to fix This place cares more about your insurance money than it does your dental health The only people having a good time here are the birds who can get along with the birds working reception
I’ve been going to my dentist for a few years now, and they always make me feel comfortable. The staff is super friendly and really knows their stuff. Plus, I love that they explain everything they’re doing so I don’t feel anxious.
