This place is very convenient to go to. Amazing service provided by the team. They even have free cold water and some frozen sweets- ice cream or popsicle. I've been coming to this place since we relocate in Pearland Texas.

I shared that I’m not planning to keep my car forever, but I do need it to be safe and reliable for as long as I have it, and they really respected that and helped me make the right decisions without overselling. Manny was especially amazing. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and was incredibly patient and kind. I never felt pressured or confused—just supported and informed. They kept me updated every step of the way and made what could have been a stressful situation feel easy and manageable. I came here for the first time for a 2nd opinion because I was told somewhere else that my ac compressor was bad and wanted to charge me $3,600. Cruz n Carz told me my compressor was practically new that I only needed a hose. They are honest people and very friendly. Brian and Mathew are awesome!

Cruz N Carz is an awesome auto repair shop. I have taken 6 or more cars to them over the years and they have always done an amazing job! Destiny always keeps me informed with the progress of my vehicle and she fights to make her promised deadline. The welcome committee (Puppy dogs) is great as well. Highly recommend!!
