This place is why google needs ZERO star. I'm not sure how this place can stay in business with such a horrendous patient care. They say "O come back in 3 months for another blood work". No schedule, no call, no nothing. When you do go, doctor is soooooo arrogant and always makes degrading comments. Makes me wonder why I've been going here for this long. Any suggestions for a good primary care physician??

Dr. Nguyen is an exceptional doctor who truly cares about her patients. She has been my PCP for several years now. Not only is she very competent and professional, but she actually takes the time to listen to your concerns, communicates very well, and has the empathy you need from a doctor. She is an overall very compassionate and knowledgeable doctor and I highly recommend her. The front desk staff has always been really helpful too and the office is very nice, clean, and quiet. If you are looking for a new PCP choose Dr. Nguyen.

Was here with a family member for a referral only. Waiting lobby is hot, the clerk does not understand what a fan or air conditioning is and seems to be overwhelmed. After reading these reviews about competence, customer service, and punctuality - they are all true. Really hate it for anyone who absolutely has to come here. We won’t be back though.

I tried to give this office a shot despite the negative reviews and all was fine initially. After just a few months under Dr Nguyen's care, I really regret giving this office a shot. I took my son in for referral (since she does not treat simple warts on the hands) at the end of January. February 8th my insurance company requested a referral and reached Jennifer at the front office who said they'd have the doctor fax it over that week. Fast forward to April, and I saw my claim was denied by my insurance because Dr Nguyen's Office never sent the referral. Since I called my insurance right before the appointment and someone inaccurately told me they'd received the referral and they had the recorded call as reference, my insurance was willing to reprocess it as long as Dr Nguyen would send in the originally requested referral. When I called to get the same referral that I was told would have been sent 2 months ago, they told me I had to go back in for a follow up visit in order to get the referral. Since Jennifer was not able to escalate this, I was told I'd have to speak with Dr Nguyen directly to explain why I didn't need to go back into the office since this was a referral the office NEVER sent out like they said they would. It's now been over 2 weeks of Dr Nguyen avoiding me. I've called, the office staff has taken multiple messages, and I've had to continuously explain that this was a shortcoming on the office end that needs to be reviewed. Dr Nguyen is so unprofessional, she refuses to help her patients regardless of their office causing the delay in care. My son still can't go back to get his needed follow up with the dermatologist. All thanks to Dr Nguyen and her staff that wouldn't send a referral when they said they would. She even refused to work with me to at least have the co-pay waived. She's so careless, money grubby, and cold. Unless you're ready to have someone who doesn't do what they say and have multiple unnecessary "follow-ups," don't waste your time.

I am so disappointed to have to leave this review since I’ve been a patient here for YEARS, but am forced to do so after multiple instances of the office dropping the ball. 1. Referrals to Specialist: Maybe it’s a moneymaking scheme or they’re just so disorganized that they forget to send referrals to your specialist EVERY SINGLE TIME. I’ll visit the office, the dr and I will discuss sending the referral to my specialist, later I’ll find out they never sent the referral, and then when I call the dr requires you visit her again before she agrees to send in the referral. 2. Punctuality: I had my appointment scheduled at 8:30 am. I arrive at the clinic at 8:20 am. Office opens at 8:00 am. Nobody showed up until 8:55 am. Nobody from the office bothered calling and alerting me of their delay. After I left, some guy called me and said that they arrived 6 minutes after I left and asked me to come back. He was not apologetic and had a nasty attitude because I refused. Dr. Nguyen is also never punctual. You are never actually seen at your appointed time, rather just wait around. 3. Reports: It’s 21st Century, but anytime you want your reports, you have to actually go into the office to get them. Even then it takes them a while because they’re so disorganized. On multiple occasions I’ve been told they’d email or mail me my documents but have failed to do so. I liked Dr. Nguyen because of her bedside manners and Jennifer, but can’t deal with the shoddy management of the clinic any longer.
