If you're looking for fresh, flavorful Vietnamese deli food in the heart of Westminster, CA, Cuon Nem Nuong on Bolsa Avenue is a local spot worth knowing. Situated at 9643 Bolsa Ave in the bustling Little Saigon neighborhood, this deli serves up a menu of Vietnamese favorites that keep regulars coming back. From savory spring rolls to crispy wings, Cuon Nem Nuong has built a reputation for delivering food that's made with care and meant to be enjoyed soon after purchase.
Among the most loved items are the Vietnamese ham spring rolls, praised by customers for their freshness and balanced flavors. The basil leaf wings have earned impressive marks too, with one reviewer giving them a perfect score and calling them a must-try. BBQ shrimp, noted for their satisfying crunch, and tender BBQ pork round out the popular choices. For something a little different, the French fries make a simple but tasty side that pairs well with the main dishes. Whether you're stopping in for a quick lunch or picking up food for the family, the menu offers enough variety to satisfy different tastes and preferences.
One thing first-time visitors might notice is the plastic wrap on some of the rolls — and it's worth explaining. The wrap is intentionally placed there to help preserve freshness when items are prepared ahead and displayed without sealed containers. It's a common practice in many Vietnamese delis, especially for food that may sit out for extended periods. Simply peel it off before eating, and you're good to go. Locals who frequent the area understand this well, but it's a helpful tip for anyone visiting for the first time so there's no confusion at the table.
Cuon Nem Nuong operates daily, opening between 8:00 and 8:30 AM and closing at 6:00 PM, making it a convenient stop for both early risers and those looking to pick up an afternoon meal. Its location on Bolsa Avenue places it right in the middle of Westminster's vibrant Vietnamese business corridor, surrounded by other shops and restaurants that make the entire area a destination for anyone who appreciates authentic Vietnamese food and culture.
This deli is a solid choice for anyone who values freshly prepared Vietnamese dishes without the formality of a full-service restaurant. It works well for families grabbing dinner on the way home, individuals looking for a quick and satisfying meal, or anyone exploring the rich culinary landscape of Little Saigon. With a rating of 3.8 across reviews, customers generally appreciate the quality of the food, particularly the freshness of the rolls and the bold flavors of the grilled items. If you find yourself on Bolsa Avenue and want to try something that locals return to again and again, Cuon Nem Nuong is worth a visit.

Sign in to reviewLove this place! Food is always fresh and delicious! My favorite is the vietnamese ham spring rolls. For those who are new, take out the plastic wrap before eating. This wrap is intentional to preserve the food if they are going to be sitting out for long hours without closing the lid.

Staffs are arrogant here! Order to take out for next week, and they said no pay now, and not even a receipt that to tell them the order are placed! Their lack of welcome and smile!
Rolls were very fresh and much better than Brodard’s. Ignore reviews regarding the plastic wraps. There are notes to take them off before consuming. It’s not the restaurant’s fault that those people don’t pay attention to those notes.
Unfortunately I was not aware there was plastic wrap attached to the rolls, when I was eating my 2nd roll midway I then realized there was plastic wrap on it. So I have consumed 1 roll and a half of plastic... had to Google the side effects, other than that the roll was tasty and fresh, just hoped the restaurant does something about warning other customers about the plastic wrap on their rolls, sure I'm not the only customer who consumed it.
