Facility was very clean and neat, and the staff were friendly and professional. The 90 minute deep tissue massage was great and very relaxing. Next time will be adding the hot stone treatment as the included warm towel down after was heavenly. The staff paid extra attention to ensuring it was a quiet and calm experience, even metering their breathing technique. Perfect first visit. Five stars.
I had a great experience with Luna. She was extremely professional from beginning to end and took the time to listen to the areas I wanted to focus on. Throughout the massage, she regularly checked in to make sure the pressure was comfortable and would only increase the intensity after asking for my approval, which I really appreciated. Her attention to detail, professionalism, and genuine concern for my comfort made the entire experience relaxing and effective. I left feeling much better than when I arrived. I highly recommend Luna to anyone looking for a skilled and attentive massage therapist. I’ll definitely be coming back again!
Amazing service! Very relaxing! 10/10 would recommend! I saw Linda, she helped me with my tight shoulders which I constantly always hold tension in! There were knots and I can finally say this has been the most relaxed I have felt in a while. Always it was extremely easy to book! I work the night shift so I can appreciate them being open late.
My SO and I both got massages here and while the massage itself was a great experience, like MANY other comments here - the receptionist started negotiating tips and hounding us if it’s not good enough for them. Unless you’re planning on adding another 20-30 as tip for a 70 massage, I’d steer clear. They’re also commenting on every review and apologizing, but it’s clear they didn’t actually take that feedback and are okay with losing returning customers over a couple extra dollars. Very unprofessional and one of the massage therapists was also the front desk receptionist so she left multiple times mid-session. The other therapist however did a great job and I enjoyed her session.
I just had the best massage of my life from here! The service was great. They really care about what level you want so you’re not hurting or anything. I did this for my mom’s birthday and got my sister to come along and they were so accommodating to have us all 3 together!! We loved it and we will definitely be coming back.
