I had such a great experience here! I scheduled my appointment for 12:00 PM about two weeks in advance, and from the moment I arrived, Win and everyone at the salon were so welcoming and accommodating. I came in feeling really nervous because I've had bad experiences with my hair in the past and hadn't been to a salon in over three years. Win was incredibly patient, understanding, and really took the time to listen to what I wanted. He reassured me throughout the appointment, and the final result exceeded my expectations! One thing I really appreciated was how well they managed their appointments. Unlike some salons I've been to that overbook, accept too many walk-ins, and end up rushing clients or pushing appointments back, everything here stayed on schedule. I never felt rushed, and I could tell they genuinely cared about giving each client the time and attention they deserved. I absolutely love my hair and couldn't be happier with the experience. Win is simply the best! I wish I could keep him in my pocket — honestly, I would if I could. What I love most about him is how passionate he is about his craft — you can truly feel it in the way he works. I travel frequently, so I don't get to see him as often as I'd like, but he has never once let me down. Every time I'm back in his chair, I leave feeling amazing. I must say, not only is the store clean and modern, but the service was GREAT. They did an amazing job on my hair and were incredibly kind and welcoming. I came in with a picture of how I wanted my hair to look, and Win took the time to thoroughly assess my hair and sit down with me to give honest, solid advice. He explained everything in a way that ensured my hair would stay nice longer and helped me avoid wasting money on constant touch-ups and root maintenance. They were able to take me in last minute and even stayed beyond their normal hours of operation. I never felt rushed… they made sure I received the best service possible from start to finish. The work they did was amazing, and it was clear that everyone worked together as a team. Overall, it was an incredible experience and the work is awesome.

full bleach + color done for a reasonable price! colorists were very mindful and kept checking my hair to see if it was still strong after 2 sessions of bleach. got my dream hair color and I will definitely be back for future colors and touch ups!
