I got scabies from this place. I work remotely and never go anywhere, it could have only come from this place. I tried telling them and they could not understand, so I texted them, and never got a response. I hope moving forward they take hygiene seriously and wash the sheets properly.

This was my first time at this spa. Lily was my masseuse. I came in with bad neck and upper back pain to the point where I couldn’t turn my head. Lily performed a deep tissue massage that softened up the tension in the muscles and got me to 80% after the first session. I highly recommend this place for therapeutic or any specialty styles.

The spa treatment here really helped me relieve stress. I felt more relaxed and refreshed after the massage.

Avoid This Place – Not a Real Massage Experience The atmosphere is nice, and the initial greeting is warm, but the actual massage experience is terrible. If you book a 30-minute or 1-hour session, expect the masseuse to spend a significant portion of your time pressuring you to extend your session—clearly a tactic to increase their tip. If you decline, they put in minimal effort, often just rubbing the same spot aimlessly as if on autopilot. As the session nears its end, they shift to inappropriate tactics, attempting to touch areas they shouldn’t and even encouraging inappropriate behavior—all in an attempt to extract a bigger tip. If you refuse, they rush to finish, and when you tip the standard 20%, they complain and demand more, as if tipping is an obligation rather than a courtesy. I initially thought this was an isolated incident, but after three visits with different masseuses, I realized this is the norm here. If you’re skeptical, check other reviews—you’ll notice a pattern. It’s shocking this place hasn’t been shut down yet. Save your time and money, and go elsewhere for a professional massage.

I have been coming to D&L since they opened and usually get a great massage. Last night, I was lubed up like a baby seal, never asked what type of pressure I preferred. Stephanie who usually does a good job, just rubbed right over my knots, never applying any pressure to them to relieve them and instead only pissed them off more that today I can barely raise my left arm and that was my good side that didn't even hurt when I went there. Then Nancy joined for 4 hands for the last 30-minutes. Still no pressure on legs, back, didn't even massage my neck but they can waste 30-minutes rubbing my hair, my hair doesn't hurt. But, I know even from good massage therapist you can get a crappy massage every now and then but my thorn in my side other than waking up today with 10x more pain then I had prior to the massage and not even on the side that hurt was that at checkout my bill comes to $159.65, I tip $50.35 and Nancy said oh that is not enough for the two of us. So a tip of 30% isn't sufficient? I was tired and was just like ok we will make the total $220 and I am out, yet Nancy and Stephanie complained the whole way out the door that it wasn't enough of a tip. Not only did I get a crappy massage but get berated about the amount of the tip. It will be my last time going to D&L massage.
