I was gifted a massage and was finally able to redeem the service. It's been far too long since I've been here. Massage Service: Pangea Swedish Massage Although Torei wasn't the masseuse I chose when the appointment was made I'm actually glad she was the person to perform the service. She was warm, welcoming, and prior to starting the massage she told me to let her know if I needed her to adjust the pressure at any time. Oh, my goodness. Torei's hands were magical. She spent extra time on my trouble area, as requested, and my overall experience with her was great. I wanted more time, but only booked for 50 minutes. I left Daired's relaxed and felt like I was walking on a cloud. Torei gets 5-stars⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Next time I'll be sure to choose Torei for my massage service. My only critique is for the front desk. Upon arriving, I indicated I was there for an appointment and provided the name of the person I booked with. The front desk person didn't mention that my masseuse would be different. Once I provided the name of the person my appointment was with (based on my confirmation email) that was an opportunity to provide another layer of customer service from the front desk and mention the appointment showed with someone else, since Daired's made the change to the appointment. In general, it's not good practice to rely only on technology to make a customer aware of changes to their appointment that Daired's made.

WENDY was AWESOME! First time going to her and saw her work on IG. She works with ALL hair types and ethnicities and that was a big plus for me. She heard my hair concerns, ideas, and came up with something that would still give me a big change without compromising the integrity of my hair. The goal was also to blend my existing grays so the transition will be better in the future. Wendy did Balayage, full highlights, toning, trim and style! She is the bomb.com!!! Love my new look! My mother took my daughter here before, and was seen by a certain stylist. I called to make an appointment Today with that said stylist for a basic kids cut and style and was charged $66 at checkout. I asked why it’s so high when Online it says a kids cut is $35… and she told me it was $66 because I booked w the stylist of my choice and not the beginner stylist. If a customer calls to make an Appointment, mind you l said it was for my daughter who is 7 and has short hair, it’s pretty important to mention it’ll be an addition $31 to use any other stylist besides the beginner stylist. I spent almost DOUBLE the amount of money for a quick and easy cut for my child when I would’ve easily chosen the other stylist if that meant I would pay the $35 (again the price difference was NOT mentioned to me. That is why I’m upset) The woman at the front didn’t even try to make things right… all she said was “I’m sorry about that ” after I told her I had called and gave all the information needed over the phone prior to quite literally avoid this exact situation. Who in the right mind would pay $66 over $35 FOR A KIDS CUT?? I’m going to leave this review up and if anything changes or someone reaches out, I’ll update this post with the outcome. As for now… I’ll be taking our business elsewhere for the time being.

I went to Daired's to have an updo for my sister's wedding Wendy did am amazing creative artistic job!!! I'm a retired hair stylist and knew right away that she was going to be my new stylist. I went back today for a haircut. A very extreme change from very long to a shoulder length shag. So impressed with her talent and kindness I highly recommend Wendy!!!
