Daiso - Japanese Household Goods

The store offers a wide selection of interesting items at very reasonable prices. I was able to find a few things that I had been looking for, and I’m happy with my purchases. One thing that caught my attention was the store’s return and refund policy. They don’t accept returns or issue refunds unless the purchased product is defective. While this might be inconvenient for some, it seems to reflect their focus on quality and customer satisfaction when it comes to product defects. It’s definitely something to keep in mind when shopping there, but overall, I think the prices and selection make it worth the visit.

It's a great place for better quality than the dollar store but their prices went up from $1.25 ro $1.50 or $1.75 per item anything that is more will tell you directly. All items are in Japanese if you need translation you can ask some workers who are fluent. It's always clean neat and tidy. One thing ro remember no returns allowed at any of the locations. I have everything I have bought and still love the quality that the items I have bought have given me.

Ok, so Daiso gets five stars in my book - not only because they have cute little containers & organizers of just about every shape, size & material, they also have the necessary supplies to pack & ship just about any shape, size or material! They also have quite a nice selection of finer dinnerware, cookware and the like, including folded steel knives, and quality ceramics. But my favorite part of Daiso? They sell art gel ink acrylic colored pens INDIVIDUALLY! That is hands down the most economical and brilliant way to sell these kinds of pens! Because when one buys a pack of colored art pens? It’s inevitable that one would have a favorite color… and that pen would run out before all the others… and, you see where this goes. To be able to replace just the one or few that have run out without replacing the whole pack is fantastic!

This is a big Daiso store. The format is larger than what I typically see. There's the usual Japanese housewares items, stationary, cookware, fishes, etc. What was unusual was the metal cups and metal plates. It took me a while to understand that they were probably for use while out camping. They also have small cast iron pans, probably for camping?...or maybe good if you are cooking for one and want to put a good sear on a small steak. 🧑‍🍳🔥🥩😋 Up front there's a huge assortment of "hug pillows".....they look like stuffed toy animals to me. Could probably double as graduation gifts. Of course, there's also Hello Kitty items there too. 😆

Do you believe that the alarm clock stopped working after only two days? I don't think it's possible that there's no receipt after only two days of use. Even if the child likes it, this is a bit too exaggerated.
