This is one of the last places in Seattle that really knows how to keep the older Volvos on the road! I brought my 93 940 wagon with almost 300k miles in and they went through all of the issues one by one, in order of importance. Will be bringing it back for maintenance in the future! Also huge shoutout to their after hours/early bird dropoff and pickup system. I work weird hours and it’s hard to get there during business hours so this makes it so much more convenient.

We have decided to stop bringing our cars to this shop as the quality of the mechanics that they have on their team has degraded to novice. But that's only part of the problem. It took me a few years to realize that the management team was hiding errors that the mechanics were making and not communicating that to me. Shop around. Fair Warning: if you want to give the shop a try, I would suggest that you only communicate with the shop (Candace or Tony) in writing, either in text message or email. That way when they tell you that they did something that you did not approve or request, you demonstrate that. We are planning to litigate and we will recover a judgment in our favor because all of the evidence we have to present is in writing

These folks aren't out to nickel and dime. They communicate vehicle issues without the pressure to resolve them urgently, unless that's the case. I value this, as it's easy for mechanics to frighten customers into spending unnecessary money. We've taken the V60 there for a while now and based on that positive experience, the old Regal GS now gets the Daisywagon love. Thank you DFCS for consistent, quality vehicle care - not to be taken for granted these days.

I've had wonderful experiences at Daisywagen. Candace was so incredibly helpful and reassuring, and I really appreciate the expertise of the technicians. She also kindly followed up to make sure the vehicle was running well. I am so relieved and grateful to find a place that I can trust and rely on.
