I recently worked with Dallas & Beyond to sell a home that was part of an estate. Mani & Eve were extremely professional. They showed immense empathy and kindness to a grieving family as we undertook selling the home of our loved one. I appreciated that it felt like a partnership. They advised me well in preparing the house for sale and in negotiations with the buyer. We worked primarily with Eva, and her experience, coupled with her straightforwardness, were invaluable. I knew I could count on her to advise me on the direction she herself would take--no game playing. We received our first offer within days because the house was priced right and the marketing tactics highly targeted. I interviewed other realtors who had marketing playbooks straight out of 1985, but I found Dallas & Beyond to utilize traditional methods like open houses along with more modern tactics such as advanced data analytics to reach the most likely buyers for our home in that specific market. And the photos of the house (and write up) were stunning! It was a perfectly fine looking house, but the pictures really showed it in its best light, and the write up highlighted its features desirably. This approach of blending the traditional with data-driven marketing was highly effective. We ended up selling the house for the price we wanted and closing within weeks. I told Mani and Eva at the beginning that the best outcome for me was to have our relationship be brief and profitable, and they delivered on both counts. I think the "Beyond" in their name exemplifies the experience... it was beyond my expectations. I would definitely partner with them again.
