The doctor here is the best! I am always on the worrying side of my health and if I have any early signs of anything that could lead to my early death. Dr. Dam Dinh will tell you the raw truth, it’s not something to disregard because you’ll want to always know what’s going on inside your body. I wish there were more like him around. This is my one stop to know everything I need to know about my body and health.

I came with my elderly parents for an appointment for my father. He was the rudest doctor ever. My mom, being very concerned about my father’s condition, politely asked questions to have a better understanding of what was going. The doctor was SO condescending and rude and made it seem as if it my mother should already know. Not only that, he was loud about the diagnosis with the door wide open while showing the wound to EVERYONE outside of the room. He was committing so many HIPAA violations. Please do not have him as your doctor or choose him for your elderly family members if you are seeking a compassionate practitioner. If I could give him a -10, I would.

This doctor is my primary doctor .Recently I have diagnosed uterine fibroids and I want to visit fibroid center for second opinion and this doctor refused me to give authorization letter without no reason. I called them and asked them for authorization manager said me she can’t provide that with very rude tone and she said just go and get surgery done. I asked her can I get an appointment to talk to doctor she said they don’t have any appointments until one wk. but very next day I called receptionist she said said they have availability’s right next day. When I went talk to doctor he started yelling at me infront of all patients and his staff. He didn’t give me authorization. I called valley member services they said he is your primary doctor he should give you authorization.They people don’t know how to treat patients when they are suffering. This is worst place please save yourself don’t go here at all.

Dr. Dinh was rude and unsympathetic when it came to his patient’s needs and concerns. Every time I asked a question he would ramble on about how ridiculous I was being to ask those questions when a true doctor should really be listening in on those details and finding ways to help the patient. For this reason, I don’t recommend this doctor to anyone and I will never come back here again.

I bring my father here for more than 30 years . Doctor is the best. Above n beyond customer service.
