Dan Chin's is an honest and upfront business. I've been coming here for years and I don't plan on going anywhere else for anything car related. The staff goes out of their way to help you keep the price down and do a timely repair, plus they are really friendly! I couldn't recommend Dan Chin's more. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Dan is a life saver! I picked up a tire flat and I called a couple places near by but they had appointments and couldn’t get me me. One of the places turned out to be Dan’s younger brother (Henry). Henry said Dan can get me in. It worked out perfectly! Dan took care of me immediately.

I TOOK DAN CHIN TO THE BUREAU OF AUTO REPAIR (BAR) BECAUSE HE WAS RIPING ME OFF I only gave Dan Chin one star because I could not give him none. Not only can Dan be very, very rude, but he is a total rip off. I took my car to his garage for years because I always dealt with his partner Rodi who gave me good service. Unfortunately Rodi passed away and I had to deal with Dan. He kept ripping me off, every time I came to his garage for one thing, another different thing will go wrong when I got home, so back to the garage it was. After more than 3 thousand dollars of repairs within a six month period, and a huge yelling argument with him over the phone where I told him he was ripping me off and he started yelling at me before hanging up, I finally took my car to another mechanic, who took a quick look under the hood and right away noticed some things wrong with the car. The first thing he spotted were hoses that were going to the wrong place, just a very, very basic and careless mistake. He encountered several more things that were wrong, and when I showed him Dan's bills, he told me that I was being charged several times for the same repairs. I went with all this information to BAR (Bureau of Auto Repairs) and talked to a great person there that within a month got Dan Chin to pay me back a near 2 thousand dollars refund. If you think Dan Chin has ripped you off, he probably has, listen to your gut feeling and contact BAR.

I love Dan Chin's. We've been going to them for over 20 years. They are honest, thorough and extremely competent. I've referred many people to them over the years, and they too have been very happy with their service. Is it possible that the other reviewer had a language issue with them? Because they are wonderful mechanics and human beings!
