Dan was amazing! His family runs the shop and he oversees the repairs. He said he worked as a Toyota Specialist at a Toyota Dealership for 23 years! Definitely worth every penny. Highly recommend. Great customer service by his daughter who manages the front office.

There was a miscommunication about my vehicle on a yelled at me. The tow truck driver literally had to come comfort me and gave me the card of his brother who's also mechanic.

My first time bringing my car here. Robert speaks English well and I like that the family likes to educate and explain. They also asked if I wanted the old part that was replaced. I asked for PCV replacement but the owner, Dan, said it was not necessary and told me not to waste money replacing something that was not damaged. I still spent $370 for water pump replacement but they use Japanese made OEM parts here instead of generic aftermarket. I get the impression that the business is direct and fair, not shady and crooked. Reasonable prices. Extras were appreciated such as he cleaned under the hood and replaced my plastic front grate without my asking.

I can't recommend this place enough. They took care of me and made sure to go above and beyond in their service, and saved me over $1300 by giving me a WAY better price AND service than the Ford dealership I've been going to for the last 6 years. The water pump broke on my Ford Edge 2012 and the Ford dealership quoted me $3800 to fix it. Dan took my car in and went above and beyond, even cleaning the entire engine and everything under the hood so it looks literally brand new. This repair was not easy for a mechanic. The Ford Edge water pump system is very complicated and takes 15+ hours to fix due to poor design on the part of Ford engineers. I will never buy another Ford again. Nevertheless, Dan was very careful and delicate and took his time to repair my car thoroughly and he is now my official mechanic for all service going forward. He's earned my business and the Ford dealership lost it because I was just another number to them. Your car will be well cared for by a skillful mechanic here.
