Families may appreciate the communication described by parents who brought their children in for care. Other patients say the staff took time to discuss options and let them try different choices. Reviews also mention contact lens appointments, trial lenses, and glasses. One customer reports getting bifocal glasses for under $300, and another describes having glasses made quickly; those are individual experiences, not guaranteed prices or turnaround times. If you are interested in glasses or contact lenses, you can ask the office about current options and what to expect for your particular needs. Patient feedback includes positive recommendations, though one review raises concerns about a phone representative and an unresolved contact lens experience, so it may be helpful to confirm details directly when booking.
