Sign in to reviewI am a loyal client of Dan's, and I am also a licensed hair stylist of 18 years myself. If anyone should have an opinion about the level of service and skill set that Dan and his fellow barbers have, it would be me. I LOVE THIS PLACE!!!! I first discovered Dan's 6 months ago when I relocated from Houston to Austin, TX. I am always reluctant about trying out a new stylist to cut my hair, but being in a new city, I couldn't very well bring my stylist from houston with me. I do OK financially l, but I am not Bad Bunny and don't really have the means to have my own barber traveling with me. With that being said, I was lucky enough to find the right shop on my first try. The first time I went to the shop, Dan's daughter, a barber herself did such a good job that it brought me back for seconds. I have been going there ever since. I wear a bald fade, but it has to be executed correctly. Like I mentioned before, I have 18 years of hair cutting experience, but my career has taken me a different direction. I am a delivery driver for UPS as well as a DJ. MY Hair style has to have character as well as professional precision. I'm not lying when I say every time I go back there I'm more impressed and happy with the way my hair turns out. I've gone to both Dan and his daughter and each time I go back for my 3 week touch-up, they add something extra to show their appreciation : whether it be a straight razor trim of the back of my neck or just that extra acknowledgment and interest as to how my life is going. I wouldn't recommend anything but the best when it comes to dealing with hair cutting. Dan and his staff delivered every time!!!! 5 plus stars!!!

I told him to cut me hair however he likes, he destroyed my self confidence for 3-6 months now. Only recommend to go there if you know what you gonna do with your hair, not for him to style it up for you. I hated it here lol.
Old school... Classic barber shop atmosphere. Good conversation and an excellent hair cut. My dad's been going to Dan's for years. Glad we found the new location.
Dan been cutting my dad's hair for the past 38 years. Not to mention me and my brother for 15 years. Remember getting hair cuts early at 6:00 am before school. I stop by now and then and he still gets down with them razor fades.
