I waited to write this review until all three of my permanent makeup procedures fully healed - powder brows, lip blush, and eyeliner tattoo - and now that everything is healed, I can confidently say that DASHÉ permanent makeup is the best pun salon in San Diego. What impressed me the most is how natural the healed results look. Oxana’s work is extremely prescient, soft and beautifully done. My healed brows look soft and airy with perfect shape and symmetry. My healed lip blush looks like my lips but better - natural, gorgeous tint. My healed eyeliner (eyelash enhancement) healed crisp, even, and subtle, giving my eyes definition. The artist Oxana is incredibly meticulous, gentle, and talented. She truly is a perfectionist in the best way. If you are searching for the best healed permanent makeup result in San Diego, I cannot recommend DASHÉ permanent makeup enough. The quality, professionalism and healed outcome are on another level.

I came across Oxana’s page on instagram and instantly booked an appointment. I have naturally pale lips that I would have to keep applying lipstick or tinted lip balm. I was nervous, but Oxana walked me through it all explaining everything before and after. She helped me pick my preferred color, lip shape, and made sure I was okay every step of the way. She was always very attentive before and after the process. The healing was very fast and expected thanks to her advice before and after the procedure. I will definitely be going back in a couple of years when I have to get my touch up done. :)
