Excellent professional work
I was traveling when my car's A/C broke down. David answered, accepted my call, and provided excellent service. Everyone there was very nice. I appreciate their time and effort for the great work. Thank you and blessings.
I honestly couldn't have found a better mechanic than this one! From the moment I spoke to him on the phone until he finished his work, he was very professional!
I had been recommended this mechanic for being fast, charging fair prices, and not ripping people off. None of those things were true of my experience. I took my car in, and they kept it sitting for a month. I called every week to check on the progress or what the problem was, and they kept giving me the runaround until they told me they would replace the fuse box. I paid $200 for a new one, and more days went by. Finally, they told me the problem was more serious and quoted me an estimated $1,800, plus $600 upfront to start working. To my surprise, when I went to pick up the car to take it to someone else, the fuse box was still the same one it had been. They hadn't replaced it. In the end, they kept my car sitting for a month, ripped me off for $200 for a fuse box they hadn't even replaced, and then had the nerve to demand another $600. If you're someone who doesn't know much about cars, don't take it to this place. They'll scam you, tell you your car's problem is serious, and you'll probably lose your money.
