Its address is 8395 W Sunset Rd, Las Vegas, NV 89113, United States, giving prospective clients a clear location to use when getting in touch or planning a visit. The available business information identifies the real estate category and location, but does not specify particular industrial property types, transaction services, or current listings. This description keeps the focus on what is known while making it easier for local searchers to identify the business.

Customer feedback offers a more personal glimpse of working with David and Binh. Several reviewers describe the pair as professional, knowledgeable, helpful, and attentive to what clients need. One customer says they listened carefully and helped find a home that felt right, while another recalls receiving support throughout a first home purchase. Other feedback mentions a smooth process and a home purchased sooner than expected. These comments refer to residential home-buying experiences, so they should not be taken as confirmation of specific industrial real estate services. They do, however, give prospective clients a sense of the communication and guidance some customers say they received.

Reviews are not uniformly positive. One reviewer reports an unpleasant interaction and raises concerns about attitude and priorities. That differing experience is worth considering alongside the favorable comments rather than assuming every client’s experience will be the same. The business has a reported rating of 4.7 out of 5 from 13 reviews, a useful snapshot of customer sentiment, though a rating cannot explain every detail of an individual transaction. People evaluating David&Binh Real Estate may want to ask questions early, discuss expectations openly, and confirm who will handle each part of the process. Clear communication can help both sides determine whether the working relationship is a good fit.

The listed hours show the business as open from 00:00 to 23:59 every day, Monday through Sunday. Because these hours may reflect directory information rather than guaranteed appointment availability, it is sensible to contact the team before visiting 8395 W Sunset Rd. This Las Vegas location may be relevant to people comparing local real estate agencies and looking for a direct conversation about their property goals. Ask about the kinds of properties the team currently represents, its experience with your specific needs, and the support available during a transaction. With those details confirmed, you can decide whether David and Binh are the right people to contact for your real estate search in Las Vegas.
