I visited the dealership last month for an unexpected tire replacement after picking up a nail. I had recently adopted my puppy after she was abandoned at my workplace. I call her a puppy, but she’s actually an 85-pound Rottweiler who is still in training and learning to navigate new environments. Being at the dealership was a brand-new experience for her. While we spent a lot of time walking around outside, it was an extremely hot and humid day, so eventually I needed to come inside. She had a few training mishaps, as expected, but everyone was incredibly patient and understanding and let me go into a more secluded room to help her relax more. I especially want to thank my service advisor and the entire dealership staff for making us feel welcome. They never made me feel judged because of her reactions to a new environment, and their kindness actually helped make it a positive training experience for her to be around more people. I’ve always brought my car here for service, but this experience made me appreciate this dealership even more. Thank you all for your compassion, professionalism, and excellent customer service. We’ll definitely be back for my next service appointment!
