Dr. Hellemn and NP Francis are simply amazing. I would highly recommend their practice. AAAAA STARS. Also their nurses, Rafia, Laura, & Melissa are the best. So friendly, so helpful, always go above and beyond the call of duty. Great with patients! AAAA STARS ⭐️ FOR THEM AS WELL.

Excellent home health agency with caring and professional staff. Everyone was compassionate, reliable, and attentive to our needs. They provided quality care and made us feel supported throughout the process. Highly recommended.

I would not recommend them to anyone. They have violated hippa laws and I don't trust them at all. I was told a caregiver would come visit me 8 am the day after I was sent home from the hospital. That didn't happen. Instead a nurse came out at nearly noon that day. She asked did I want to put anyone on my emergency contact and I said yes but she said never-ending we don't need that right now. I thought that was odd. But then what happened next was more odd. They must have got my list of emergency contact from the hospital because they called my friend whom was my emergency contact from the hospital and harassed her for hours and got her so worried that she called all the hospitals because I didn't answer her phone calls. I was asleep. They had told her they were trying to call me all morning but they didn't. As a matter of fact they didn't try to call me once. They also gave her my whole treatment plan. I never gave them permissions to speak to her about my treatment plan as a matter of fact they didn't even give me my treatment plan. I found out from her what they planned to do as far as PT and OT. I was supposed to move in with her but because they harassed her so much now I can't. They finally called me and were laughing and giggling like it was so funny. I was supposed to have a nurse come today but they never showed up. I had to pay out of my pocket for a caregiver and cleaner because they never have sent anyone out. I will have to do my own nursing care also. At least until I get someone else out here. I'm paralyzed with a wound on my bottom. They were supposed to have a nurse here every other day. I've had someone at my home all day in case they try and say they came. This company is aweful.

Oscar was his nurse last year. I don't know if Oscar remember us, but we sure remembered him. My dad passed away last Saturday. He adored Oscar, and you took very good care of him. - Carie D, Jim D’s daughter.

I cannot speak highly enough of the care and support we received from Delta care. From the very first consultation, the team showed a deep commitment to my mother's well-being. The nurses and aides were not only professional and skilled, but also kind, patient, and genuinely compassionate.
