Workers at the front desk are alpha males who are mostly indifferent and unprofessional. Just have a chat with one of them and you'll see what I mean. The practice has been transitioned from Dr. Sanders to another group of young Dental workers that don't give me the confidence that they are fully invested in their job. I would try another of many Dentists available in the region where you can see the difference in care, professionalism and behavior. This place is a mess.
Finally a dentistry in the Plano/Frisco area that doesn’t attempt to up charge and gouge its patients. Dr Sanders was super honest, didn’t try to convince me to get a deep cleaning when I didn’t need one like Dentist of Plano did (avoid that place like the plague). The hygienist was very kind as well, didn’t punish my gums like other hygienists do:)
I started to visit this clinic at beginning of this year. I had four times of teeth clean during this time, three of them were done by Tara. She is gentle, friendly and very thorough. Dr. Sander is caring and patient to answer my questions. The office staff is welcoming too.
