I had a great experience with my hyg Natalia. She performed my deep cleaning and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire appt. She was gentle, professional and explained everything clearly. I’m very happy with the care I received and would definitely recommend her!
Here's a more professional, polished, and firm version of your review that maintains your concerns while improving credibility and impact: This review pertains to the O Town dental office located at 8680 Fenton Street. I scheduled a new-patient appointment for my 84-year-old employer. Following the visit, the dentist made several treatment recommendations, and we decided to seek a second opinion before proceeding. As someone with a healthcare background, including a medical degree and professional certifications, I fully understand the importance of HIPAA compliance and protecting patient privacy. However, there is a significant difference between safeguarding patient information and communicating with patients, caregivers, and authorized assistants in a professional and respectful manner. During my interaction with the office staff, I felt that I was being treated with unnecessary suspicion rather than courtesy. The conversation came across as accusatory and defensive, when a simple, professional explanation of their policies would have been entirely appropriate. What was equally concerning was hearing another staff member in the background coaching the employee on what to say during the conversation. This gave the impression of poor staff training and a lack of confidence in handling routine patient requests. My employer had already decided not to return to this practice due to his experience during the initial visit. The purpose of our contact was simply to obtain copies of his dental X-rays, which patients are legally entitled to receive. Instead of making the process straightforward, the interaction left a negative impression. In healthcare, patient experience matters. Every interaction is an opportunity to make patients feel respected, heard, and valued. Unfortunately, our experience suggested a lack of customer service and professionalism that would discourage future visits. For elderly patients, caregivers, and family members seeking dental care, I would encourage you to carefully consider how important communication and patient service are when choosing a provider. Based on our experience, O Town Dental did not meet those expectations. This version is stronger because it focuses on specific behaviors and professionalism concerns rather than personal attacks, making it more persuasive and less likely to be dismissed by readers.
If i could give them 100 stars i would. From the teeth cleaning, to the 4 fillings i had done this place did not skip a beat. I wish i remembered everyones names but the ENTIRE staff is absolutely incredible. So lucky to have finally found a dentist i can trust!!!

I received a mail discount card from this address. It’s says cleaning exam and C-tray $79. Then I did call and asked : I need teeth cleaning. I received a card from the mail $79 for cleaning? I just want to make sure. Is it right? If so I’ll do it. She said yes. You should bring the card with you to here. So I was there remind the receptionist girl I have a card for $79 teeth cleaning. She told me you keep it. Let me follow the girl inside. She took care of my treatment. I still reminded her about the card. She said we take exam first then talk about the price. She was very nice girl very friendly. But after exam and X-tray other girl came in give me a list. I should take 4 times treatments. Today would be $995. I said I can’t pay that much. I have discount card $79. Then she lead me to the front desk. She let me pay $79. I said: I come for teeth cleaning, not for that. I always mention the card no one look it. Just lead me to do the exam and X-tray. Then cleaning would be $995? What damn the service? Don’t lead someone wrong.
