Stay away from here: my mother lost all her upper teeth due to this dentist’s negligence. My family went here for at least 10 years always doing our regular dental checkups and dental cleanings twice a year. In 2022, my mother complained multiple times of pain in her teeth and the dentist here assured her that everything was fine. In 2023, my mother finally went to two other dentists in Houston to get other opinions, and both dentists gave here the same result: she had a very advanced case of gingivitis to the point that it became periodontal disease. Both dentists explained that this only happens if gingivitis is not regularly checked and deep cleanings done if it starts getting too advanced, something commonly seen in people who do not regularly see a dentist. My mother lost all of her top row of teeth due to this disease despite having been going to this dentist twice a year every year for at least 10 years. This has cost my family thousands of dollars in surgery and teeth cleaning costs and will cost us thousands more to get her implants to replace all the teeth that she lost. And all of this because Dr. Truong failed to do the most basic check that a dentist can perform and alerting us of the problem years ago. More recently, my sister had to return here to have her permanent retainer fixed as the adhesive on it had come off. They charged her $150 for a reapplication of the adhesive. A fix that they promised would last for years. Less than 3 months later, that adhesive has failed, and this dentist refuses to help any further until we’re willing to shell out more money for a “new repair”. Everyone here is either incompetent at their job and should not hold a license to practice, or they are malicious in their negligence in order to be able to perform more expensive procedures on their clients and should also not hold a license to practice. If you or someone you know has also had issues with this dentist, I urge you to do what I have done and report them to the Texas State Board of Dental Examiners (TSBDE) as I have done. Otherwise, I encourage everyone to find someone else to trust with their dental care.

Quality of care has plummeted. I would not recommend at all. Fiancé has struggle for months now with them, refusing to fix the issues that THEY have created with her retainer. They refuse to solve the issue and continuously charge money to fix the issues that they seem incapable of handling. The people at the front desk have awful customer service, seeming to always be frustrated and in a bad mood. Their communication skills are rude and off putting. The lead dentist obviously is incapable of fixing a retainer, would you trust her with your teeth? I’d bring your money else where. Not to mention my fiancé’s family has been coming here for over a decade. They opened in 04. After 17 years of commitment, this is the treatment she received. STAY AWAY.

Everyone in the office has always treated me and my children wonderfully. Unfortunately, I am having some complex dental issues and because I no longer have dental insurance am probably going to have to go somewhere else, like the dental college, or someone who has financing. Otherwise I would still be using them.
