After my bitter experiences with DentSpa throughout 2025. Now I can say that it was the worst dental experience of my life. DentSpa is the worst dental clinic in Istanbul. I had the opportunity to have the entire implant treatment done at other clinics in Istanbul at a cost equivalent to 60% of what they charged me, but I trusted the guarantee they gave, which is completely ineffective and is just a lie to attract patients. At the end of the treatment, and of course, they charge and collect all monies in advance, so that if the patient is not satisfied, they will not see themselves obliged to redo or correct the process. They made me wait 15 days in Istanbul, paying for the hotel, without a temporary denture or anything else in my mouth, and they gave me only one appointment for measurements during the 15 days. Finally, they scheduled me for the last day before my flight back to the US. And at the last minute, they strongly recommended installing the Malo Bridge System teeth, which turned out very poorly. My flight was the next day, and my appointment with Dr. Madinah ended at 10:15 pm. I had to take it even though it is a bad fit. Dr. Madinah is a liar; she deceives her patients who have placed their trust in her. No one should trust her advice, and no one must pay the full cost in advance. Clinic's administrators are not trustworthy; they do not honor their promises. All the videos that patients see inside the clinic are paid advertising. Don't be fooled. This clinic is a sham. I recently had a deep cleaning at this dental office by Dr Linh Nguyen and I am extremely pleased with the quality of care and results. The procedure was surprisingly painless. Dr Linh was remarkably thorough, ensuring all that plaque, tarter and bacteria were removed, especially in the difficult spots below the gum line and between teeth. Post-cleaning, my mouth feels incredibly clean and healthy! I highly recommend Dr Linh for anyone needing a deep cleaning; his expertise and commitment to patient comfort are truly outstanding!
