I visit this dental office regularly twice a year, and every time I come in, the service is always pleasant and among the best I receive. The care and education I get whenever I have questions about my teeth are excellent. I want to highlight the amazing customer service from Fatima and Dr.Nasrin. They always make me feel comfortable and well taken care of. I truly appreciate that I’m always given the option to decide what I want and don’t want to do with my dental care, while receiving the best advice and attention. Highly recommended!

***DO NOT GO HERE***HAD TO GET LAWYER INVOLVED*** This office was not transparent about billing or insurance coverage. I was told my insurance would only cover a certain amount, even though my documentation clearly showed higher coverage. When I questioned the discrepancy, instead of providing clarification, I was told they didn’t know why my insurance company would indicate more coverage than what they were charging. When I requested an itemized bill to better understand the charges, they stopped responding altogether. Communication only resumed after I involved an attorney. I also contacted my insurance company directly and was advised to file a formal grievance based on the information I provided. Patients should be extremely cautious and carefully review all billing details before agreeing to treatment. If the office disputes this account, I have written documentation and text messages that support everything stated here. Part 2: Update: She has refused to refund the price difference. I have filed a grievance against them with my insurance company. Filed a complaint to the Better Business Bureau. Also filed a complaint with U.S. department of Health and Human Services for HIPPA violations, for showing me another patients documents. Part 3: Careful when you pay they ask for you to make a payment via zelle, if you choose to pay via card they charge you the processing fee. Here is one screenshot, there are plenty more photos to show of how they show your medical paperwork to other customers. There's a reason they have a high turn over of employees as well. Will add more and more photos as they continue to deny any of this happened.

I normally don’t leave negative reviews, but I feel people should know about my experience. This was the first time i went to this dentist and i had a few cavities nothing major and no symptoms as such. I had a filling done on my front tooth, and it chipped the very next day. I went back to get it fixed, and it chipped again literally after one bite of food. On top of that, the fillings done on the left side of my mouth left several teeth extremely sensitive (couldn't even drink room temperature water) something I never had before this appointment. She did a desensitizing treatment and that chipped off within a few hours. Each time I mentioned it, the dentist insisted it was just because I grind my teeth, but that has never caused sensitivity for me in the past. She was insisting that i get a mouth guard made and she can do everything in that visit but i didn't want to spend another dollar for substandard products. Within less than a month, three more fillings have chipped, which is incredibly frustrating and honestly makes me question the quality of the work. Their phone system was also very very weird i tried calling them about sensitivity and it kept directing me to the voicemail. I had to show her on office how i wasn't able to reach them on multiple occasions. Based on my experience, I would caution others to be careful don’t be fooled by the positive reviews.I wish I had gone somewhere else.
